Located in east Seminole County just a few miles from Geneva, Florida.
From I-95 exit 81 near Mims, head west on State Road 46 for about 15 miles. The entrance to Lake Proctor Wilderness Area will be on your right about a mile after you pass Jungle Road.
Wilderness area closes at sundown.
Lake Proctor Wilderness Area consists of one main loop trail (2.6 miles) blazed in red, and three side trails blazed in white (.45 miles), blue (.6 miles) and yellow (1.6 miles). Trails are open to hiking, biking and local horseback riding. Most of the trails are single track except when they follow the service roads along the power lines.
